The Computech Middle School concert band, string orchestra, and beginning band playing "Fanfare and Processional". I'm the concert band's bari sax player. We were practicing this song for the 8th grade graduation concert.

Read the damn description. We are a MIDDLE SCHOOL band. And yes, we suck. But that's because we had many unenthusiastic musicians who didn't practice (not including me; I am probably one of the band's better members).

Erm...well, it was a nice attempt. ^.^

Really, though, my school have played worse, mostly because the band teacher made me play the trombone, something I have never used before, because the other trombone player was sick, and he made me play the whole song alone first, than the other instrument sections got a turn, and since he gave me no sheet music, since he ran out of copies, I was pretty much tooting out whatever, horribly. I got detention the next day for embarrassing him.

Is this a modified version of the James Ployhar band arrangement, modified for orchestra? The tempo is a little brisk; slow it down! It is graduation march, not a marathon march. Take your time and let the graduates enjoy their accomplishments put out in this beautiful peace. The intonation is not that great either. Also, who is conducting the orchestra (or are they magically conducting themselves)? A good start.
