Swanley Brokerage presents Suzie B.
An exceptionally well presented 52ft cruiser stern craft built in 1996 by Stenson Marine using a reverse layout combining quality joinery with a clever use of the space available to provide an abundance of storage and even a concealed washing machine! The vendors, who purchased the boat in 2006, have continued to lavish her with tlc and even upgraded the specification. She is fitted with a Lister 35hp diesel engine which has recorded 2927 hrs running time. The 6ft cruiser stern with seating fitted to the top of the rear guard rail benefits from a recently fitted pram hood providing a useful extension to the living area whilst giving protection from the weather when cruising. A de-mountable table provides for al-fresco eating. Central doors and steps with adjacent wet locker and cupboard lead to the 12ft aft lounge fitted with a Morso Squirrel multifuel stove in addition to the Eberspacher diesel central heating and corner TV unit opposite. Recently purchased Stressless dark red leather chairs with headrests and footstools combine with the dark red carpet to provide a cozy and relaxing ambience. A clever, extendable, drop-leaf dining table is attached to the portside with a radiator and brilliant under gunwale storage comprising shelves, cupboard with sliding doors and magazine rack opposite. Forward to the 7ft U-shaped galley with side hatch with under gunwale cupboard below. Fitted with cream Valor Prince 4 burner hob/oven/grill, fridge with freezer box, microwave oven and cream sink/drainer unit set into a matching worktop. Corner display cupboard and shelves. Forward to the 6ft tiled and paneled bathroom with sliding door off a corridor with radiator, hip bath with shower over, basin in corner vanity unit and pump out toilet with electric flush. Forward, via a door, to the carpeted 10ft bedroom with radiator, over bed cupboards, under bed drawer. End of bed small vanity unit/mirror, deep wardrobe and that Zanussi washing machine cleverly concealed below. Forward, via steps and a half glazed 2ft wide single off centre door, to the fore deck with lockers/seats and recent cratch with glazed front panel and zipped side panels with plastic 'glazed' areas beneath. The gas locker will accommodate 2 x 13kg bottles. For the technical, the list includes twin alternators, Electrolux battery management system/charger, inverter, shoreline connection. 1 x starter and 4 x leisure batteries, (new) calorifier with immersion and entertainment equipment comprising JVC flat screen TV, DVD, Radio/CD and video. The interior is expertly finished with horizontal t & g planks to the upper deck sides and faced panels to the lower deck sides and deck head. The exterior paintwork is in excellent condition and the hull was re-blacked in July 2010.
