Gay Into Straight America PFLAG NW Conference

Engaging hearts & minds... creating authentic connections & dissolving differences that separate us. Two women and a poodle, Dotti Berry, Robynne Sapp, and Rylee Joy kicked off a yearlong journey on September 11, 2005. We are committed to talking with people who are "wrestling" with their understanding of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) persons, and that sometimes includes people in our GLBTA community (yes, allies too). It is SO important to be OUT and PROUD to yourself and indeed to live as an OUT person, BUT - there are times when its simply dangerous to display,it(as indeed it is to encorage people to do so). People are still killed for simply being gay. Yes, move forward but recognise the reality.

My daughter is a filmmaker that just happens to be a lesbian.I am so proud of her for coming out and being true to herself. Her latest is a spoof on Avril Lavign's video "Girlfriend" clink on my name and check out Avril spoof-with a lesbian twist. Very funny and great production.
