@nokomarie1963 I respectfully disagree. I think it's a diservice to Julia Child with a vid that is as full of misinformation as this such as"Julia uses walnut oil" which is an ingredient that she rarely if ever used. She used butter on her chicken which was her favorite thing to use. I'm a huge fan of Julia and I wish that this vid was either redone with her chicken, or the name changed to Tower's. I'm probably in the minority, but then again, a lot of people like Sandra Lee.

@baritonebynight Who is going to have more name recognition? Tower or Julia? Face it my friend, by allowing Julia to both show and print his recipe in her book she becomes a de-facto co-owner. Besides, isn't this really lemon roast chicken with herbs? A basic roasting recipe, no more no less.

Julia Child's name needs to be removed from this vid. The reason being is that is not her recipe, its Jerimiah Tower's. Julia Child introduced Tower on her show and he cooked this chicken solo. Please remove Julia's name and replace it with Towers.
