Tom Kurz was born around 1954 he will be 55 this year I think that his age is a testament tha as long as you keep in good shape and stay very supple that your body can be a wonderful thing, I'm going to be 50 in November, and I'm 5'10" and weigh 216 and can come within 2-3 inches from doing a complete split.. I use to be a powerlifter in fact. Just thought I would mention I'm pretty flexible, but with the knowledge of the human anatomy I have gain such insights as to how to exercise.
