  • What's a density set?

  • @mpex1980 when you do as much work as possible in a certain amount of time... so say you do a set of 10 push ups and 10 pull up super setting them for 10 mins... do it again in a week for the same amount of time but try to get more sets... THATS density training. works great!

  • do you only train strongman? or do you throw in some bodybuilding?

  • @baseballme1t I train for pure performance... so i do lots of strongman, oly lifts, crossfit, power lifting, and a little bit of bodybuilding...
