This video is innovative in that a citizen would address the city council on this "sensitive" issue. I hate that there are unemployed American workers that are willing to work, but companies do anything to cut corners especially when paying qualified workers. When I was looking for a job, I noticed that Bilingual applicants are taught HOW to perform a job and are paid more than an experienced AMERICAN worker.
And by the way, the speaker is TOO CUTE!!! ; ) tee hee
