THANK YOU for this video. My great grandma (who's in her mid 90s) is a testament on how if the body is treated well it returns the favor. She eats the way of the Bible, she gardens and only eats homecooked meals, no processed crap; she never gets sick, no ailments (mental or physical), and takes NO medicine. My grandma still goes on a daily walk around her ENTIRE neighborhood, mows her own lawn, and few years ago she painted her whole house. Yea, my g-ma is my idol lol!
