The weapon motor in this version of Tombstone was an Etek. These are no longer produced, although you can find them regularly on ebay.

Just in the footage here of the "Robot Wars World Championships 3". It does look like a good design, but doesn't appear to have that much mass spinning.

@Gavin17259 I guess it was inside Killdozer, check out 0:13 hit, it flyes up and fall at the middle of the arena, and near the end Tombstone hit it, sending to the edge...

I know and it saddens me to think of it, it's a real shame about what happened to it in Series 6. Just a shame the team never tried to update it.

Sorry Joe. But he's right. Hypnodisc is a good robot but it's outdated. Its blade spins 750 rpm and by today's standards that's pretty slow. A lot of blades today spin at 3,000.
