well his cage isnt permanit we just bought a cage because we had to pick him up that day of the H.S so me an my mom ran out to get a cage and this was the only one they had so im waiting for petco to get more large one but i do let him run around and stuff so he's not come fined in the small cage

you left a msg on bamboleo's laid back cavy vid that your new friend isnt happy.
1st off, the cage is too small, way too small.
try poppin him on you knee and feeding him lettice while stroking his back.
after a while he shud learn to trust you.
if he's been abused its no wonder he wont trust people.
