Good to see you again. So.....Just how non-raw have you been?

Here's some motivation. When you did the 100 day challenge, I was impressed by 100% and never strived for 100%, only 90%. Oct 5(the day you put this video up - WAC) was my 100th day 100% raw!! I planned on a 3 week fruit cleanse and it was so easy, I kept going. A high-fruit diet made it happen. Not that I'm pushing fruit....just want to point out - you can find a way to make it work for you.

Hey G, nice to hear from you :) I have still been high raw, about 85 - 95 % There is no doubt in my mind that 100% is the way... I just needed to throttle back a little :) So awesome to hear you made the leap, very cool! Congrats - love it!

I don't mean to sound negative but I think them using the bible like them to capitalize by selling a mixture which is essentially cheap to grow and manufacture is wrong! On a brighter note - you guys look awesome and more power to you! Also, love your videos and your energy just resonates through the screen :)

I do a popular colon cleanse twice a year called colonix. I interested in seeing how well another product works. The first time that I tried Colonix for 3 months, I can completely agree that most people are filled with mucus. Afterwards I discovered that I only like to drink water & I was never a water drinker and I've yet to have another sinus infection, I use to have 3 to 4 sinus infections a year. Everyone needs a good colon cleanse.
