Form-Based Codes Regs to Reality

This video was created using illustrations from a wonderful new book, Urban Sprawl Manual, by Galina Tachieva, as well as images from the website of Duany Plater-Zyberk. The purpose of it was to illustrate to a North Fort Myers planning community group the techniques of going from existing sprawl development types to more urbane, mixed-use, and pedestrian friendly (New Urbanist) developments.
