There are lots of issues they all have to deal with, just like every human being. The problem is, a lot of time they can't deal with the other issues because the people they would go to for help can't see past the fact that they're trans. Till people can see others for who they really are, regardless of what's between their legs, trans acceptance will be a huge issue for all transpeople and their allies.
