R.I.P Mellon Arena

Mellon Arena opened 9/19/1961 & now they are going to replace it with new Consol Energy Center. This video is a memorial video to our igloo or should I say OUR HOME! Mellon Arena has so much memories in it. They should keep it like a museum, people could go there and remember all the good memories & learn about Mellon Arena's history & Penguin's history. :)

Great memories from Mellon Arena, like the Wings winning the Cup there! For real though it is sad to see what's like a monument to people being torn down, just like they did to Tiger Stadium and will soon do to Joe Louis Arena, so for once I feel for Pens fans, doesn't happen too often.

the hell with the energy center, I hate new places, when old places get replaced and torn down, its never the same. there are other places that have been torn down and replaced and I just cant stand to see it happen. This place is going to be torn down in February. Unless they change their mind in the mean time
