  • no prob robert the kid is a straight beast..look for him on the navy sideline #61

  • the 495 was part of his lifting rountine developed by thestrength and conditioning coaches for him. he worked that day starting his warmups from 105 and ending at 500...

  • Sorry Robert the only time they touched the bar was to help guide it back to the rack...just curious what were you benching at 19???

  • Good job! However u are much stronger than 500, u wasted yourself with the smaller weight which fatigued your muscles. After 455 u should have jumped under 500. I think u can do around 515 or 520..

  • Lol who dont take the needle to the shoulder anymore

  • The reason Navy can run the option (; Nice work

  • i used to bench 515 6x.but then i took an arrow to the shoulder

  • That's fuckin' incredible strength..You can see many people admiring in the back LOL Not to mention it was 100% Raw and pressed to full extension. Awesome just to watch.

  • haha ok i maxed 225 today i felt good about myself... until now

  • Good job big dogg. Great form.

  • Man big ol boy, I'm 22 bout 190lb pressing 310lbs max. This guys stout as hell, wonder what he squats? Then again if you figure his weight and height then 500lbs is a right, good power/weight ratio; keep liftin like this and eating 5-6 meals a day.

  • made it look easy. nice job dude.
