Golden Sun: TLA Walkthrough: Part 17 - Alhafra (pt. 1)

We backtrack through the Yampi Desert and see the mayor of Madra still going through. Lap'd ya! Anyway, we arrive at Alhafra and just barely beat the mayor there. After they go in to see the mayor of Alhafra, we head into the inn to find Alex. Then we look through the city and find many more items of use. Next we head over to Eastern Alhafra to learn about the boat's condition.

STATUS:

Items found - Sacred Feather (drop), Lucky Medal, Apple, Sleep Bomb, Psy Crystal, 32 coins, Elixir

Levels gained - none [current levels: Felix 14, Jenna 14, Sheba 14]

GUIDE:

The first 3 or 4 minutes is backtracking, so no need for anything new except for the lucky medal towards the end of the desert. Once in Alhafra, watch another cutscene (could that old man hurry up?!) Then go talk to Alex who is looking for a ship, which just got sold. Oh well, he'll find one. Keep ransacking the town for items and notice how the shops are outdated. At least there's one advantage to going to Air's Rock first...

By the way, that item I couldn't get to is another lucky medal. Next, check out the situation of the boat in Eastern Alhafra. In part 18 we'll take on the pirate named Briggs in a fierce battle!
