Cliff Lenz and Shirley Hudson once hosted a prominent
local TV morning program called 'Seattle Today' -
- and here's a segment when in Honolulu with radio legends
Pat O'Day (now in his 70's) and the late/great Lan Roberts
(died Dec 2005) - set in the Summer of '79

Discussions regarding the stations both worked at back then:
Honolulu's KORL-AM - and Seattle's once top-40/personality KYYX 96.5 FM

Pat gives accolades to Don Ho (died April '07) and invites
a member of the audience to sing onstage - Lan mentions
the four-legged duck, 'polynesian paralysis' and radio in Fiji;
his marriage from a hospital bed after a bad acccient
that same year is also mentioned
