My first time at a Drag w/ a Motorcycle. I Beat the Honda with a 11.43@ 127mph. Bike is completely stock. Stock height too. Horrible takeoff.

  • I removed the (niggerhatenme)comment and blocked him too. I did not catch his remark on that post until you left your comment. I dont understand why people still discriminate and have to make such stupid racial remarks. Thanks for your comment O0sher.

  • 2001 gix750 was not as badass as 2000 , stock the gixxer in race 119 rwp vs 100 for superchiken torque 49 rwp vs 65ft lbs rearwheel for vtr, vtrs do not launch well

  • @deckdrive Superhawks have a very touchy throttle.

2-3 black snagless medium sized thin/plain hairbands wrapped around the throttle in the crack between throttle and bracket. ez fix

  • lol nice race..that 750 ant got half the torqe the SH has. I love me SH but its not good for top end. keep it safe

  • i did an 11.403 @ 201.73 kph last week, stock gsxr k1 750 rear tire is stuffed and was about 8 degrees C

  • and it has more power at a lower rev range...

I have owned one for a number of years. Despite different power output, good rider input can keep both wheels on the ground. Hawks like to wheelie, it doesn't mean that you can't stop them from doing it.

  • Smooth motions won't keep the front on the ground, a lack of wheel torque will. hat's why the superhawk bobbed the front wheel, it's a V-Twin and is sitting on at least 10ft-lbs more torque.

  • Gsxrs, like all suzukis.... Only prevail in straight line speed. The Superhawk is still way more badass haha

  • vtr ammurt!!! number one

  • Yeah i was trying to put some weight into the front, but its kind of difficult when taking off. i do think i hit that throttle a bit hard. Thanks for your comment and recommendation.
