  • can you use this technique with fondant?

  • @tsuiga08 Yes, that works, too. ;)

  • Would this also work with sugarpaste? =D

  • @xxxXrandomstuffXxxx Yes, it's possible. Use the same technique as shown in the video. Just give it a try. :)

  • This might sound like the most idiotic question ever, but you CAN eat marzipan, right? Does it actually taste like almonds?

  • @Tsudei Yes, you can eat marzipan... you can eat the rose, if you want. :)

Marzipan is made from almond paste and sugar. There are different kinds of marzipan with different proportions of these ingredients. The more almond paste, the more it will taste like almonds.

  • What is the music on this video?

Beautiful art by the way :)

  • Is it just me or does the marzipan or watever look like Play-dough or plasticine ?haha

  • does the petals have to be in that order? :)

  • why is the sound so dramatically?!

  • I wish you were my teacher :) I love everything you make

  • This is so amazing! You make it look so easy! I've always wanted to learn how to make those roses, but can I use the same technique for, say, fondant? I don't think there's any marzipan in our local stores here..

  • @Tsudei Sure you can and it is SOOOOO yummy! So much nicer than fondant in my opinion =)

  • soo pretty, im going to try this ones! doing a wedding cake today °o°

  • gorgeous..............

  • @alicewonderist I don't make the marzipan myself. I buy raw marzipan (almond paste) in large quantities. Then, mix the same amounts of raw marzipan and icing sugar to get "normal" marzipan.

  • @ChefDePatisserie it is a really nice job. can you please give the recipe of the marzipan as well? Thanks.
