NITRO'S LAW 2010 - A Brave Rottie's Fight

NITRO'S LAW is the legacy and testament in honor of a family's Rottweiler, Nitro, who was 1 of 8 dogs starved to death in a horrific crime at a K9 training facility in Youngstown, Ohio. Nitro's Law was created as a felony provision and proactive legislative measure to increase the outdated misdemeanor-only penalties currently in place for violent animal crimes in the state of Ohio.

Both Critters and children are so vulnerable it begs the question. Where are the adults! Where are those who should be keeping a torch lit! Where have all the checks and balances gone?

Where is HUMANITY?

Thank God hope springs eternal and there are loving giving humans who will make sure that NITRO'S LAW becomes the law which will serve as a "Paw Print" so all critters in this nation, a country that likes to claim greatness, can find a voice of reason, Compassion, but, most of all, Empathy!

if i ever come across this guy i will show him whst pain is and ill except my fate just to put him in tge hospitsl in alot of pain i will stretch his neck. you know what he not worth it lets let one of the survivors have him.

While I find this to be heartbreaking, I think it serves as a reminder that pet owners must be more attentive when leaving their pets with caretakers. When I boarded my dog at a kennel, I made several surprise visits to the kennel to make sure she was being taken care of properly.

Why didn't the people check on the animals to make sure they were being taken care of?

A few surprise inspections would of saved these animals the agony of starving to death, and shut this place down a lot sooner.

This sickens and disgusts me. My heart hurts for these poor beloved pets. I always treated my dog Beast, a Rott/St. Bernard mix, as part of my family. The man responsible truly should have to answer for this by experiencing what these animals did until he himself dies. My only question is, where are the owners in this. Why would you leave your pet so long and not check on them. It had to have taken quite a while for this to happen to these poor babies.

I live in Youngstown and was not aware this happened. i am a animal lover and this broke my heart when i watched this. I am in school and i decided to do this as my arguementive essay for my english assignment. This has to be passed. Especially after the latest report of the puppies found downtown bound and gagged to death by the bus station.
