he's regurgitating, which is what they do when they're attracted to someone. if you didn't know about this, you need to find an avian vet so you can learn how NOT to encourage this behavior so your parrot doesn't become overly bonded to just one person.

Um. I'm quite aware about regurgitating and I don't encourage the behavior, after the video I put her on her stand to quiet and calm down. I know what I'm doing with my birds thank you. :)
