  • the floor is reggae colors. man my legs are tiered

  • the reason i dont like this exercise is because it is not a full range of motion. It may be effective but only for a couple degrees of flexion

  • Ryan Murdock, this as most everything thru CST is bombastic.

  • I added the quad press as a 30/30 sec interval of work and rest. You develop a great rythum and flow! It is zero impact and demanding! Thanks for the video!
