As president and co - founder of CCWW, the JOKER CHALLENGES ALL INJURED CANADIANS/NORTH AMERICANS, YOUR FRIENDS, LOVED ONES AND FAMILIES TO DRESS UP LIKE INJURED WORKERS, AUTO ACCIDENT PATIENT CLAIMANTS, DISABLED VETERANS AND 'INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS' THIS HALLOWEEN and show your countrymen how your government perpetrates medical - legal - insurance fraud and racketeering against patient - claimants 90 - 95% of the time when there are significant injuries and insurance interests.

It is recommended you HAND OUT "BOGUS DIAGNOSIS" fact sheets with bona fide statistics, facts and demographics (available at various participating sister organisations - feel free to contact us) TO EDUCATE THE BEWILDERED PUBLIC about this most UNDEMOCRATIC AND ATROCIOUS CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY.

Contestants should be sure to include links to the most informative and viable organisations, websites, YouTube Clips, investigative journalists, activists and public speakers...

With extensive professional art experience, Joker (of Jokertattooo and Artwork On Anything) is giving out awesome, original tattoo sittings as PRIZES for BEST COSTUME (3rd prize), BEST 'BOGUS DIAGNOSIS' INFO SHEETS (2nd prize) and BEST FILM CLIP (1st prize) each/every year.

All entries/filmclips should be posted no later than December 25th, with prize winners announced by New Year's Day: Prize for best clip is 8 hours of tattooing, with 2nd prize being 6 hours and a 4 hour sit for best costume.

This year all contestants will be judged by a panel of CCWW center core members with the final say resting with the Joker. In future we may organise a voting system for injured workers, patient claimants and disabled veterans to vote for their favourite. Prizes will increase and expand every year as the contest grows with support from various individuals, companies and participating tattoo shops.

Valuable artwork from Artwork On Anything can be substituted for tattoo time for those of you that don't want ink (or "a positive tattoo sign" - one of a few dozen phrases belonging to stereotypical clinical commentarty used to identify patients the author feels unworthy of diagnosis/treatment), or traded to a friend or family member that does.

IF the 'independent examiner' takes issue to this we'd have a vast number of his "patients", injured workers, auto accident pt/claimants, injured vets and our supporters and civilians alike all taking notes in the courtroom - just to keep the judge honest.

When asked about the viability of my case a BC supreme court justice said "They'll never allow a win on that. That's what makes cars drive on the roads. If they were to pay off those claims nobody would be able to afford the insurance rates"

This is an excellent portrayal of what is happening in Canada; Severely Injured workers or accident victims are being DENIED diagnostic tests / operations / due to workers compensation and ICBC convoluting the medical evidence so Canadian Citizens are denied their health recovery;

I just talked to R in N BC who had the same ICBC 'independent examiner' try to screw him after a car accident bringing to 4 the total of ICBC claimants I met whose lives he's helped destroy.

He's also one of the good Dr Kuntz's patients.

Dr K gave him excellent prosthetic spinal implant surgery before the college pulled his license for 'surgical experimentation'.

WCB/the province tried to get R to sue Dr Kuntz but he wouldn't despite $ incentive as Dr K'd done so much for him/injured workers.

Exactly. If you check out this QUACK/HACK Dr Joeseph Schweigel's history on ratemds (see our 'independent examiner' vid) you may see a stunning resemblance to the conduct of your own WCB 'independent examiner'... You may even recognise him.
