  • why did you call it low compression cold start

  • battery almost dead or starter on it's way out? for such low comp is should crank over faster

  • sounds like a steam train...

  • they use thicker head gaskets to get lower compression so u can fit more volume of fuel/air as-well as run higher boost pressers without blowing a head gasket or worse (blowing a top end) also it lowers your EGT's a bit (easier on the turbo and head gasket)

  • Damn, my 6.5 starts tons better than that with one dead glow plug!

  • damn ford sitting beside the truck..... ruining the sound.... but yeah my truck hates the winter cold too..... gotta love changing the timing and compression... i love the single stack too

  • i got a solution,it involves pulling a pin.lol

  • why the switch the the single stack man??

  • i thought it be somethink like that. i cant understand why it would be a bennifit. higher rpms maby? then then you loose on the bottom end?

  • most space in the cylinders to fill with air/fuel
