Knott's Berry Farm Ghost Town Peek-Ins REBUILT! (4/29/09)

Video from April 29, 2009, of the fantastic job done by Knott's Berry Farm craftsman rebuilding the peek-ins on Main Street! I am thrilled to report that the building exteriors have been carefully recreated, even reusing some of the original doors and window frames (sadly, however, the Barber Shop door glass broke after it was reinstalled). The interiors have been cleaned up and the ANIMATION has been restored!

Thank you, Knott's and Cedar Fair, for the tremendous effort.

I thought the shooting gallery was called Hunter's Paradise? Either way, I agree, it never should have been removed, especially to be replaced with PE. The food is good, but part of the theme park experience is eating food you can't get outside of the park. That's why I choose to eat at KBF-specific eateries. And the Silver Dollar Shooting Gallery sucks.

i wonder what ever happened to the oringinal joe the barber? i sure was sad when i thought that cedar fair gonna pave them down for some new thrill ride or something. i am still pissed that they replaced bear country shooting gallery with a panda express, who goes to a theme park to eat over priced crappy chinese food anyway!?

Ok, it looks fine to me. I'm just glad they cared enough to try! Not like how they completely destroyed Happy Hollow. At least I feel like I can still go to Knott's Berry Farm... Happy Hollow is the one that's REALLY gone. (Not to mention Frontier Village... grrr!!!) Thank you!

the peek inns date back to the 1940's, knotts "scary" farm didn`t even exist till the late 70's. the peek inns, and rest of knotts's calico ghosttown are whats left of what i call the best theme park ever.
