New Year 2009 Ho Chi Minh City

At night the city became a magical wonderland of lights. The crowds became virtual walls of people and motos filled the streets. In retrospect we should have blown off dinner and got out of the taxi at the park to check out the celebration, but we'll do it next time around.

Yep. I loved all the lights. They had a concert at the park too. I really should have just got out of the taxi... may have had to walk back to the hotel later, though, as I doubt I would have had an easy time finding another taxi.
