SSBM Homerun Contest Tutorial

At the end of the tutorial, if you want a good score, don't do Mario's, Falco's, and Roy's the same way I did. For Falco, Jump twice before catching. I jumped, caught, jumped. For falco you also want to throw the bat at the sand bag.

For Mario, try to do his BD's with only one jump. (same for when you use sideways-A with Yoshi).

For Roy, try to double jump as low as you can then catch the bat. Don't jump, catch, jump.

This is a tutorial on how to do Bat Drops in SSBM. On videos, I've seen a lot of people asking how to do them so I decided to make a tutorial for it. Hope it helps. If you have any questiond on something, just ask. I'll try to answer them. I can see why questions would be asked, I'm not a pro at homerun contest and I haven't played in a while.

When should i use fast fall? If i use it, character (example c.falcon) won't do the spike.

Use The spike, then hit down again. If you fast fall, you must let go of the bat a little sooner. Let go of the bat right before you reach the peak of your jump, then spike, then fast fall.

my bat is disapearing 40% of the time whats wrong? my hihgscore is 4500ft but i want higher i cant do it fast enough and even if i do sometimes the bat just disapears

Stand on the right side of the sandbag (facing it). Jump up, throw the bat up, and punch (land on the left side of the sandbag facing away from it).
