@norvman : Well, you have jumped to an uneducated conclusion I see. Firstly, you need to do some research on 'Maxwells demon' to begin with. That will explain to you the electromagnetic properties of WHY and HOW this cannot work. Then, read up on dielectrics. Faraday covered that. Standard newtonian physics covers the rest in relation to overcoming gravitaitonal attraction. Then have a look at any old physics book in regards to electrostatics. At that point you will realise your errors.
