It is disgraceful that people use the comment section of this video as a launching point to bash Obama. This video is about a tragedy that has been going mostly unnoticed for decades, not mosques or democratic spending habits. You should be ashamed of yourselves, its because of people like you that nothing changes in our support of veterans. Keep bickering about left and right wing talking points while the Americans of all faiths that serve us get left out in the cold, often too literally.

Just so you know, I'd go in a New York minute, but I'm 60 years old and they won't take me. Supporting the troops or the war doesn't mean you're a "chickenhawk" if you don't or can't volunteer/enlist. I support the troops and their mission 110%. Other people who support the troops and the mission? My 14 year old daughter. Too young to enlist. Wife. 54 y/o. Like me, too old to enlist. But we're damn proud of those who serve and we support OUR FINEST and THEIR MISSION.

I think Bush is trying to cover up his mistake by getting rid of people who served in the military during the Iraq war. Most of the soldiers are being bullied followed and harassed. Some of them have been placed on the FBI Terror Watch List and are watched constantly. They don't have normal lives, and are constantly worrying about their survival. Many of the suicides are forced suicides induced by the government.

I'm an Iraq vet. Every day I think about suicide. I get so angry about what's going on in America. I didn't put my uniform on and go over ther so that when I returned mexicans were doing all the construction jobs in my area. Gasoline prices tripled. The cost of everything at the store increased, the value of my home dropped. I'm doing odd jobs for peanuts to scrape by which takes up all the time I could be using for family and school. So what is to live for?

I'm a service connected disabled veteran and retired soldier. My last unit pretty much told me I was on my own. I had to get a lawyer to get any medical treatment performed.

It was a sad thing to happen after 26 years of military service.
