HH says that the bloodline which represents Lucipher must achieve 95% negative, but that is only for them not the entire harvest. They must spread almost complete negativity through their actions as passed down through the lower bloodlines. This was agreed catalyst to provide humanity the "test" it needed for it to be able to learn from the polarity. Humanity can produce whatever % negative/positive but they will fufill their contract regardless if they achieve 95% negative.

The ONLY question that i have, b/c HH rings true to me, is whether our individual polarity is judged upon the souls entire body of work or only this incarnation. Since we have been in the cycle for 26000 some odd years I would think that judgement would be upon the entire body, especially given that a particular incarnation could be severely influenced by circumstance or simply by total lack of experience in this life - ie children...wish someone would have asked that question.
