so what if its aerobics, to many aerobics instructors latch on to the kickboxing name in order to increase sales and get more people into the classes, i myself have done many different kickboxing aerobics classes as well as proper kickboxing and apart from a couple most of the classes use proper or slightly altered stances, stances are for a reason dick wad

why do none of the people in this vid seem to have a stance for most of te vid? and half of the moves on there are from other martial arts not kickboxing
