@black429 during my first week or so, i had to pause a couple of times per workout. once my overall conditioning got better, i just let it run and took about 5 seconds to shake out my muscles before i jump back in.

just wanted to say thanks,your vids have been the only one i have found that actually does the workout fully and not bits and pieces,makes it easier for me to do and keep up with especially since i havent bought the program yet just wanted to try this a few days and i think im gonna buy it now thanks to u so thanks 4 everything

When you take a break, do you stop the video so you don't miss any workout, or do you just let it run? Just curious.

Great question actually. I've asked the of some of my peers doing the same routine. They, like I, do not pause it as we take these breaks. I'm literally talking about a 5 or 10 second moment where I gather myself a little and then get right back in it. If I were to pause the DVD I'd rest for WAY too long. Even those IN the video fall out and take a quick breather here and there.
