I worry a lot about being around a certain family member....I love him I do,but my negativity towards myself,was seeded by him! To this day he will still try to dominate me or say hurtful comments.....like I say I love him,but how can I ever be comfertable with him?

White sandy beaches....totally agree. I live in Calgary so we get our share of snow. Snowing right now. Always thought I'd rather live somewhere warm and sunny and IF I wanted to see snow, I'd rather go to it than have it come to me.

Patterns are good in some ways (don't have to re-learn how to dress yourself or re-learn how to drive every day); it's only the patterns that keep us from living our fullest lives that are the problem.

Robert I loved your massage school stories. Did you ever finish? Eight years ago when I was in massage school I tapped on alot of people. We must be less anal in Spokane because I never had any issues LOL. I got so bored with EFT I quit doing it 4 years ago and studied BSSF, TAT, Zpoint instead. You have rekindled my interest and have had so much success i ordered your home study. Can't wait to get it.
