Here the King talks about the information that is written on the tires and what tires are best for your Miata MX5. Quiz information during the video. Part 2
Traction is a tire's ability to stop on wet pavement under controlled conditions. The codes are one of the letters, "A," "B," or "C", with "A" signifying the highest traction coefficient. (ref. Uniform Tire Quality Grading Standards (UTQGS), Part 575.104 of the Consumer Information Regulations)
Thanks for saying not to go over the tire pressure ON the tire. Last year there was a girl that made news who led a campaign to inflate tires and she said many people didn't put enough air in their tires because they never looked on their doors. She would fill some tires up to 60 PSI! I knew that was wrong because if the makers of the tires say not to go over their PSI then that's what that tire can take. Many people just went along and thanked her and thought she was doing them a favor.
Thanks for the video :) good info that i was interested in :). Whats your opinion on wider wheels for Turbo cars? and also your opinion on say 7.5" rear and 7" front for normal steering feel. Thanks
and yes, AA is a higher traction rating than A

Hey Mike, nice info about tires. It would be great if you can make a video telling us your choice of tires in different price range.
