Thanks for the great recipe. After 40 years of using a pc I never used a glass bowl as a container for a one pot meal in one. Why not? I use a pc for canning. I never had a glass jar break on me.
However, with a bit of editing I think that the 3 parts vids could've been reduced to one 9 minute segment. Seeing the number of views were reduced to 50% by the 3rd installment I think a fair number of persons would agree. But, props for a delicious one pot meal! I'll try it soon.
since you have a stainless steel model, i'm wondering why you didn't cook the stew directly in the cooker, with a lot less water? it would be a half hour or so operation... that is one HUGE jar tongs you have!

Its very safe. They are designed to be used by professionals who dont usually cook and dont have time to read manuals.:-)
