2011 Texas Dreams Gymnastics Dream Team Elite - THE HAPPY TEAM

The Texas Dreams Gymnastics Dream Team Elite girls were referred to by International Gymnast as The Happy Team during the last 2011 VISA Championship. Coaches Kim Zmeskal Burdette and Chris Burdette are proud of that compliment and say this, "When do you do your best? When you're happy!"

This is a slideshow featured during the 2011 Texas Dreams Gymnastics Dream Team elite banquet. Coaches Kim Zmeskal Burdette and Chris Burdette celebrated 5 major accomplishments achieved by the Dream Team members: * World Team Member and Silver Medal during the 2010 Worlds Championship by Chelsea Davis *2011 US Classic Beam Championship Title by Nica Hults * 9 qualifiers for the US VISA Champsionship (Chelsea Davis, Claire Boyce, Kennedy Baker, Kiana Winston, Dare Maxwell, Peyton Ernst, Macy Toronjo, Nica Hults and Bailie Key) * 7 members competed at the US VISA Championship (Kennedy Baker, Kiana Winston, Peyton Ernst, Dare Maxwell, Macy Toronjo, Nica Hults and Bailie Key) These girls compriised 28% of the total Juniors who qualified and competed at VISAs, the highest percentage achieved by any gym. * 3 named to the 2011 US National Team (Kennedy Baker, Kiana Winston and Bailie Key) Thank you to Coach Chris Burdette for putting this together and allowing us to share it with you all on our channel.
