I'm thinking about taking my honeymoon here in December. Would you recommend this resort? Also, how was the weather?

The weather was great. Sometimes a little overcast, but otherwise awesome.
Actually, I couldn't recommend Turtle Bay over Maui unless you booked one of the suites on the golf course. They're the only nice, ocean front units.
However, there is nothing else around you. Literally. One may think this is a nice thing, but expect to eat the same things every day, $50 per person breakfasts, etc.
Overall, Maui was so much better. The Turtle Bay did have a nice little Bay of its own but thats it.
