Horses are wonderful animals. But you still have to be careful. It takes a lot. And it is not, in anyway just sitting there a letting the horse do all the work, try it out and tell me what you think after that.

Alot of people, non-riders, rider, the lot think riding is about trust. Its much more than that! its about making the horse believe that it you won't let it take control! once your horse believes it can't be naughty, it will start listening

@faithphem Just proved yourself wrong their. A girth holds a saddle in place, a buckstrap is put on rodeo horses (for the specific event) to make them buck higher.

lol i just started ridig three months ago, & i already fell off, & broke my elbow & had to get surgery on it !! But now im a better rider. but still riding isnt easy when it comes to the falls!!

@CoolestRock333 I tried to get up, but my mo forced me down and Chloe told me that . . . . . . he was gone. . . . . . . I looked at her . . . . terror in my eyes, and started to cry. the next day i went home, and went streight to my room to lie on my bed. I looked up and preyed to him, telling him i was sorry. My leg is now healed, and i still ride and train horses. I will never forget Handsome, he was the best horse ever, and i miss him very much . . . . . . . please, think before you do . . .

@CoolestRock333 When i woke up in the emergency room, a day later, my friend, Chloe, was there. she told me everything she saw. I had ran so fast into the puddle, that Handsome couldn't keep himself up, and he had fallen, I had been riding bareback, and had gone streight over his head, and he had rolled ontop of me, crushing my leg. When she said that, i looked down at my leg . . . . it was torn up and broken. I loked up quickly, and asked "Where is Handsome!? Is he ok!? I need to see him!" . .

@CoolestRock333 . . . . . when i was half way there, I saw a huge puddle of mud . . . Handsome has a problem stopping, and i was trying to break that out of him bc he was young, but he wouldn't stop. I screamed to my friend Chloe to help me, but there was nothing she could do but hope that i would make it through. When we hit the mud puddle, Handsome started to fall. I closed my eyes, hoping that he would balence himself, but it was impossible at the speed we were going, and he fell . . . . . .

COMPLEATLY AGREE!!! I have a horse named Coolest Rock and we show almost every weekend. He and i have had lots of good times :) but he isn't the only horse i ride. I ride LOTS of horses! All my friends have horses and i ride them all! but most of the time i ride my friend ,Chloe's, horse, Handsome, I end up in the emergency room :P like once, my friend dared me to race her through a field over 1/2 mile long, I said ok and we took off at ful speed, but I never ended the race . . . . . .
