is that new seat comfortable for the long haul? because the seat doesn't recline, if I'm not wrong...it slide, doesn't it?

What about A330-300 and B777-300ER with the new 1-2-1 configuration being sent to manila since Cathay uses almost their fleet to Manila.

@canadiangirl125 Where do you live in Canada? Same here, everytime I come home I always take Cathay. I love their service, there cabin, and Hong Kong!

I live in Canada and everytime I go to the Philippines, I always take Cathay Pacific and always make sure I do a stop over in Hong Kong :)

77W in Manila is rare, lucky for u to ride this on short haul flight =] their AVOD is simply awesome!

@britoin yup, you are right, these seats just slide and does not recline however, the seats were bearable. It is not the best seat but it is not awful either.
