At about 1:10 I had to check to make sure you hadn't switched to a Tele! Good god those things are clear and articulate.

I've got 57's in my Les Paul but they seem to get muddy when overdriving my amp. What's your take on these Dr. Vintage's?

Sunds great Marty. I really love my little Peavey Classic 30. It holds its own with amps costing much more (some of which I own). The only real drawback on the C30 is that the reverb is just so so. Do yourself a favor and invest in a nice digital reverb pedal like I did or one of the great sounding retrofit spring reverb tanks from Ruby Tubes. You'll be glad you did. Keep playin' dude :)
