Paula gave me this for my birthday. It's a head massager. The box states it 'reduces tension by stimulating sensitive nerves in scalp' and 'instantly invigorating'. This doesn't equal the sort of scalp massage barbers used to do after you'd get a haircut, but it's still pretty relaxing. Paula said I should keep it a work.
