Similar to the work we did in Clip 4, we're flowing into a restraint with the bad guy on the ground. We're looking for a restraint where the opponent can be held whilst one or both hands are able to access equipment or weapons. We also want the ability to move from the restraint quickly if another threat materialises, causing enough damage to the attacker to incapacitate them further & keep them out of the fight. In this clip we look at our standing single arm restraint.
