Adapted from a classic tale by two-time Grammy winner Bill Harley, this movie tells the story of Belinda and Glen, two creative kids who decide to write and stage a play, "The Battle of the Mad Scientists." They hold auditions, but when no one wants to play the victims of Dr. Dastard and Signor Slimeoffsky, they are forced to used Glenn's younger sister Phyllis. Of course, they don't expect her to steal the show! This short movie, adapted to screen and directed by Bill Goodwin, won first place in the Northwest Kansas Halloween Film Festival.
