yeah cm punk may have brought my attention to the band but i wasn't born back then so you can't blame me, I heard, I liked, and then sought them out, now they're one of my favorite bands this music is timeless and amazing

No, it's NOT so true.

Take it easy on da' 80's, Mod'. There are too many great tunes, and remarkable talents in that era.

And don't take the song too literally, it's full of good metaphor, but there is no need to cry because it's also full of cynicism.

What do I like about the tune? Well, I too, like affiliation of lyrics to the philosophy of that community, even though that was never my community. I've been disenfranchised on occasion.

The chords and tone really are a feature, for me!
