CUTE SKIRTS! Im thinking of buying some stuff. How does the shipping work? On the site it says that they would refund money if the weight was less than you paid for, is that true? And if so, how much did you get back?

@Anichix02 Yes, that's true. They actually charged me $100 for shipping but it was only $50-$60, so they returned back the money in my Gaccount. The refunded money can only be used for future shipping costs, nothing else.
