It is so f**king gross when somebody changes a baby's diaper in public, and then they leave the nasty diaper just sitting on a table! That is so disgusting! People!!!

Yeah, I really hate it when parents change their baby's nappy in public. I went to a fast food place the other day and while I was eating it, a mum changed her baby's shitty nappy on the table next to me! How are you meant to eat when you've got that stench rite by you? There was a toilet with a baby changing facility in the place but no she's decided she wants to share the shit with everyone ffs!!

Hey, I was at a 7elven once and a lady was changing her baby right on the counte; needless to say, I didn't have anything in my hand to put on the counter as purchase after that little picture. People need to be more sanitary. Your baby is a joy but his or her feces diaper isn't so don't change baby in public. I mean really; there make those 100 hour diapers and if your baby needs a change that badly then find a restroom.

I remember seeing used poopy diapers at the playground, til some one who really cares picks it up. I also remember when I was 15 and this one mother changing her baby's diaper on the bench, while walking pass them. Her oldest child threw it away. Hello the mall has a family restroom!

To answer "Who would do this?", I lived in the ghetto for a few years. The entire neighborhood smelled like shit and diaper plastic. The kids arent even wanted, it's just the only way a person on welfare can get a raise.

They should work or starve unless they are extremely handicapped or batshit retarded.
