Yes. They're also names for items lost to the sea from a ship (Flotsam accidentally from a shipwreck, Jetsam on purpose jettisoned off the ship), the name of this band, and the names of two characters in The Little Mermaid.

You have to use RB2 tails, you can choose those in the shader settings.

Turn on advanced settings, go to graphical settings or whatever, go to advanced graphics, and keep searching until you find them. Also, make sure you have the version of FoFiX with shaders. :P
