Haha you ladies are hilarious. I have a sinus thing that goes from one side to the other. I'm going to buy one of those things today. Good thing you said to keep my ,outh open cause i wouldn't have. my mom uses a neti pot which is the same thing but basically it helps with her allergies amd sinuses and in india they use it to get rid of black pouches under the eyes. She doesn't have any anymore :-)

I have terrible sinus post nasal drip so I did this (over the bathroom sink) and got the worse fu*king headache I ever had, I thought my head was going to explode. It's not natural to do this I don't think. Feels kinda like I have done something wrong. Be careful out there.
