@nietro98 What do you mean advanced radio's could get intercepted? Unless they have two way communication there's nothing to intercept.

@TheKC1ML The FCC doesn't have authority over any one transmitting if they are not engaged in interstate commerce. Their charter is very clear on this. A license is for a privilege. People have the right to use the airwaves. Just don't go stepping on other people's toes and be polite about it (ie: have a clean broadcast that doesn't bleed).
