Note: Cedar Point allows Jay to make artistic decisions with his performance. He doesn't have to stick to a "Rock 'n Roll" style. He didn't know he was being taped for this show. I told him I was going to tape a later show. But I arrived early. I was able to set-up my equipment to my liking. So I recorded a fun, spontaneous "goofin' off" performance as he puts it lol. There's nothing wrong with having fun, giving a nice performance and getting paid to do it! I've heard a lot of people tell him after the shows he's a fun drummer to watch and that they've never seen a drummer have such a good time. He also obviously likes working with the people he performs with. And I like documenting it at his request. That's a pretty good deal for an amusement park.
